I am a 2008 graduate of Straughn High School and a 2013 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor Degree of Science in Mathematics Education. I graduated with my Masters of School Counseling from the University of West Alabama in 2019. Upon graduating, I taught half a year at South Dale Middle School in Dale County and then was able to come back home to begin teaching at Straughn Middle School. I have now been teaching Sixth Grade Mathematics for eight years! I have coached softball for four years, volleyball for six years, and now am the Straughn JV Cheer Sponsor for my third year. I am married to my husband, Charlie, for six years and we have three handsome boys, CD, Rhett, and Brock. I am so excited to continue to pour into the lives of your children each day!
